Terms of Service

These terms are a plain-English summary of how Nutraze works. By using Nutraze you agree to them. If you don’t, please don’t use the service.

1. The service

Nutraze helps households plan meals, track workouts, and coordinate groceries with AI assistance. The product is in active development; features may change, and parts of it may be temporarily unavailable while we iterate.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Nutraze. If you’re under 18, please use it with a parent or guardian’s supervision.
• You’re responsible for what you do on your account, including what you post to shared kitchens and templates.
• Don’t create accounts using someone else’s email without their permission.

3. What you can’t do

• Break the law, harass other users, or misuse the invite flow to spam people.
• Probe, scrape, or attempt to reverse-engineer the AI endpoints.
• Upload malicious content or try to exfiltrate another household’s data.
• Resell the service or use Copilot output to train a competing product.

4. AI-generated content

Copilot and the meal/grocery generators use large language models. Their output is a suggestion, not professional advice. Don’t rely on it for medical, nutritional, or fitness decisions in isolation. You are responsible for reviewing any draft before confirming it, and for the content of meals, workouts, and grocery lists you apply to your account.

5. Your content

You own what you create in Nutraze. By saving content you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display it to you and the people you explicitly share it with (household members, invited cooks). We don’t use your content to train models.

6. Service availability

We aim for a reliable experience but don’t promise zero downtime. Planned maintenance, incidents, or upstream provider outages (Railway, OpenRouter, Brevo, Google) can interrupt service.

7. Termination

You can delete your account any time by emailing hello@nutraze.in. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or cause risk to other users.

8. Disclaimers

Nutraze is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you’ve paid us in the past 12 months (currently zero for the free tier).

9. Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we’ll post a notice here and email active users. Continuing to use Nutraze after the change means you accept the updated terms.
